BLOOM ESTHETICS SKIN CARE STUDIO IS NOW OFFERING BROW LIFTING OR LAMINATION,
THE HOTTEST TREND IN THE EYEBROW INDUSTRY
Brow Lamination, also known as Brow Sculpt or Brow Lift, is a natural keratin infusion for your eyebrows! The keratin compound contains essential oils, vitamin B and minerals specifically designed to provide nourishment, anti-oxidants, and hydration to each individual hair. This treatment will straighten, add length & volume, and set the brow hair in place to create a perfect shape!
Brow lamination originated in Russia, quickly gained popularity in England, and is now making its way to the United States. In the same vein as microblading and tinting, it's designed to give the illusion of fuller, more defined eyebrows.
Brow lamination takes your unruly or thinning brow hair and smoothes it out while also lifting the hair in a more vertical direction. The end result is super smooth brows that look like you have brow gel on them.
No matter what your brow concern is — gaps, thinning, overplucking, unruliness — brow lamination is an amazing solution and a great microblading alternative. It can give people the brows they have always wanted in less than an hour. It hides small gaps and gives the illusion of major hair growth. This is a noninvasive, temporary, but impactful way to fix your brows in an affordable way.

FAQ
What is the brow lamination process like?
Brow lamination is basically a perm for your brows, as it gives them a set, uniform shape for an extended period of time. Instead of curls, a setting lotion helps brow hair stay brushed up and lifted upward for up to eight weeks. If you're lucky, you can wake up [every morning] with bolder, fuller brows in beautiful shape for up to two months. The actual process starts off by painting a lifting cream onto the brow, which creates a chemical process that breaks down bonds in each hair, allowing them to be moved into a new shape. Next, the brow hairs are brushed up into place and a neutralizer is applied to reform the bonds into their new shape. Then a nourishing oil is added to the brows to replenish their moisture after the chemical treatment process.
Who is a good candidate for the Brow Lamination Procedure?
The Brow Lamination procedure is fantastic for all hair types! For those looking to tame "unruly" and curly brows or stubborn cowlicks within the brows. It is also great for those of you lusting for sleeker, fuller, more symmetric and vibrant looking brows, as it will also hold straight brow hairs in place, creating the look of a uniform hair pattern.
This treatment is not recommended for people who have scratches, burns or scars near the eyes, have eye contamination, skin conditions or inflammation in the eyebrow area, people with allergies or if they have ever had any reactions with cosmetics, henna and / or with semi-permanent tattooing.
Does it require any maintenance?
Similarly to a lash lift, there's barely any maintenance for brow lamination. It's best to have very overgrown brows waxed or shaped along with this service, but other than that there's no prep required. And as with any perm, it is best to avoid getting your new brows wet for 24 hours.
Does it cause irritation or damage?
If you haven't tried microblading because of the pain factor, brow lamination is a great option. If you go to a licensed professional, you shouldn't experience any irritation during the treatment, and it shouldn't cause any damage to your brows. If you have serious acne or sensitive skin, I would check with your dermatologist, and as always, research, before making an appointment. The treatment should last until your brow hairs grow out, which is about six to eight weeks.
Will it change or alter my brows?
What's super interesting is that the treatment helps to coax your brow hair, so they start to grow in the direction you want them to. The whole treatment also helps to boost hair growth, so eventually, you'll be able to extend the time between treatments.
How long does the Brow Lamination Procedure last?
Your brows will last like this for five to eight weeks, depending on the growth of your hair. If you have thick hair, you can get away with having the treatment every eight weeks, but if your hair is fine you should wait ten weeks. Your practitioner will always check the brow hair before giving a treatment, to make sure they are strong enough.
How long does the Brow Lamination procedure take?
Brow Lamination application & processing takes approximately 30-45 minutes and can be booked as an individual service or in combination with add on services such as brow tinting and/or a full brow shaping to complete your look.
Note: There will be an up charge for brow tinting and/or shaping, please see pricing for details.
