Your business is greatly appreciated. In order to best serve you, please be aware of the following guidelines.
BOOKING
All services are scheduled by appointment only. Bloom Esthetics Skin Care does not accept walk-ins.
PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
To help us provide the best level of care possible, please print and complete the following form(s) prior to your appointment.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This ensures you will receive the full time of the booked service.
CANCELLATIONS
Cant make it? Please call within 24 hours to cancel and reschedule your appointment. Everyone's time is valuable, please be considerate.
LATE ARRIVALS
If late to your scheduled appointment, it may result in a shortened appointment duration or a possible rescheduling. I will do my best to accommodate but make sure to arrive on time to enjoy the full service.
YOUTH
Any client that is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who may then sign the client consultation form before the service.
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty, in this case, everyone's health & safety is important.
HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Our building is handicap accessible with elevator access. We are located on the 2nd floor. Our service bed is also an adjustable-height electric lift bed that is compliant with the American Disability Act (ADA).
GRATUITY
Gratuity is greatly appreciated and is not included in treatment prices.
